As a new patient, the exam was quick and comprehensive. Dr. Cawley answered all my questions and made the experience comfortable. The staff gave lots of insightful suggestions and is very knowledgeable.

Had a wonderful experience through and through. Every person i encountered was pleasant. Over the phone, they are just as wonderful. I always come in a little early for my appts, this was no different. I was seen right away; in and out within an hour with my questions answered, the care I came in for and my trial contacts. They walked me through the process of contacts since it was my first time. Wonderful staff.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Jen, the wonderful optician at ABBA Eyecare’s Lake Plaza location. The service, kindness, and care she provided today were truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of, and her compassion meant more to me than I can express. By the end of my visit, I had tears in my eyes because of how supported and cared for I felt. Jen made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and I am incredibly grateful for her help. I trust my vision care with Dr. Cawley and ABBA Eye Care and continue to go there because of the care I receive. It's easy to get an appointment, and the staff are friendly, quick to check you in and professional. Dr. Cawley is thorough with her exam, explains any vision changes that you can understand and is proactive in asking if I have questions which always gets answered. I would recommend her and the staff to anyone that wants quality eye care.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so kindly and taken care of right away. I took my 4 year old and 10 year old for routine eye exams and we had an awesome experience. We didn't even sit down for a minute before we were called back to our room. Allie took us back and she was so so patient with my kids, especially my 4 year old who had never been to an eye doctor before. My 10 year old had so many questions about the tests being ran and she answered them all with zero hesitation or annoyance (as I know lots of questions can get a bit frustrating). She was so great. When Dr. Kelly came in she was just as wonderful. As we were reaching the end of the exam, my 4 year old was getting a bit impatient and reaching his limits and Dr. Kelly never once got frustrated with him at all. I know kid exams can be A LOT so it gave me so much peace of mind knowing I found a place that worked so well with my kids. My youngest ended up needing glasses and they made the process so painless and easy. He was actually really excited about them and they let him try on a few pairs to get a feel for what they will be like. Thank you for making this stress free for me and for being able to accommodate both my kids at back to back appointments. I will be scheduling my exam here next.

I've worn glasses for 55 years and have had good and bad experiences from a variety of providers. This was by far the best experience I have had in a while. I have new glasses that I love!

These people absolutely wonderful I mean everybody has a great attitude they don't just do their job they actually talk with you make sure you're getting what you need no hurry to get you out the door until you are ready

I have had so many bad experiences places in the past, especially with both of my kids. Been to this location a few times and the experiences were a better than other places because of their section options and the tinting for children but I was still looking around for other places to go mainly for myself. However this time we got Sydney and she was nothing short of AMAZING! She fixed my sons horribly messed up glasses (I could've sore were unfixable) she was very informative and helped set everything up that he needed, extremely nice and engaging. My son is normal quite and non responsive, she had him talking which is awesome! At this point I will make sure she is working whenever I need to go in for anything so I know we will get the 5 star treatment. Thank you Abba! ~Forever your new clients.

The customer service was wonderful. From Cynthia at the front desk to the young lady who got me ready to see the doctor. Dr. Cloud was very kind and reassuring. Sydney helped me to choose the best frames for me. She was very patient and kind. I'm so glad that I came here.

I love all of the staff at Abba Eye Care on Lake Plaza Dr. They are always so helpful and Dr. Cloud is always so helpful and takes the time to ex[plain everything to me so I understand.

Dr. Cawely was very through with my eye exam and has a great support staff. Jen was excellent at adjusting all of my glasses and providing the warranty on the lenses.

I loved coming here. The staff at the front desk and the optician were great, super helpful and courteous. Dr. Cloud was awesome, she was thorough, explained everything, made recommendations that she could, and told me outright "I don't really know" when I asked a question about a product sample. Since my prescription had changed so little, I decided not to get new glasses, and the optician was fine with that decision, no attitude, no pressure to buy. She even tightened my current glasses for me!
