Meet Dr. Douglas Kim (Colorado Springs, CO)

Douglas Kim, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in 2003 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Economics from the University of California, Irvine, along with an Associate of Science degree from El Camino College in 1993.

Dr. Kim has been providing quality eye care for more than two decades and has practiced in various settings across California and Colorado. After spending the last two years practicing in California, he is excited to be back home in Colorado Springs, where he has lived and cared for patients since 2010. He takes pride in offering personalized, attentive care to help each patient achieve their best possible vision.

Dr. Kim was drawn to optometry because he found it to be the most rewarding of all the professions. He values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping them see clearly and comfortably through individualized care and innovative solutions.
